A sincere thank you to the men and woman at our Town of Lancaster Highway Department headed by Highway Superintendent John Pilato. They are working tirelessly to keep up with the back to back storms, rarely getting a chance to take a break at the shop and grab some food. To maintain cleaning up the roads with the current rate of snow, they have been out for nearly 100 hours since Saturday between the 2 storms this week. Our Deputy Highway Superintendent, Michelle Barbaro, has been a great support by jumping in and working right along with these guys. Thank you for putting our residents safety, access to emergency servcies, and clean roads for essential employees to travel a priority.
