This beautiful mama is now in her third trimester, and it has been such an honor to support her throughout her pregnancy journey. Since the day she found out she was expecting, we’ve worked together every two weeks to help her body adapt to the incredible changes that come with growing a baby.

Pregnancy is a time of excitement, but it can also bring aches, swelling, fatigue, restless sleep, and tension throughout the body. Prenatal massage is designed to help ease those discomforts while creating a calm, nurturing space for both mom and baby.
