Nineteen years ago, I completed a 900-hour program at the Muscular Therapy Institute in Boston, which laid the foundation for my rewarding journey as a Massage Therapist. It's been an incredible experience to create a nurturing healing space for others, running my own business for five years in Nantucket and eight years in the beautiful Verde Valley.

I truly believe in the power of continuous learning, and my clients inspire me every day. Summer has officially arrived in Arizona, bringing warmer temperatures. I have returned to the studio after enjoying a refreshing break camping by the Animas River in Durango. The days spent with friends were filled with the beauty of nature, relaxation, delicious food, and laughter.

There are openings available for those interested in prioritizing self-care in our cool, tranquil studio. Please note that Stephanie will be out of town from June 12th to June 27th, leading to closures on Monday, June 15th, and Monday, June 22nd. She will resume her services on Monday, June 29th.

I will be on vacation from June 1st to June 8th. There are openings available tomorrow, Thursday, one slot for a 60-minute session on Friday, and additional availability on Saturday.
