We’ll explore simple joint-freeing movements to improve mobility, build functional strength, and enhance balance for everyday life. Perfect for all levels, this class focuses on keeping the body moving well, feeling strong, and supporting long-term wellness.

This Reach, Roll & Lift drill is one of my go-to exercises to help your shoulders move the way they’re supposed to. It helps improve shoulder stability, mobility, and makes reaching overhead feel smoother and stronger—without that pinching feeling so many people deal with.

We are so excited for this special day with Dr. Mary Johnston & Dr. Deana Brooksher!! If you’ve been curious about nervous system healing, energy work, relaxation, or just trying something new that makes you feel GOOD… this is such a fun opportunity to experience it all in one day 🤍

If you’re wondering what all that means without all the super clinical words 😂 here’s the simple version:

Network Spinal Entrainment helps your body release stored tension, stress, and those “stuck” patterns we all carry around from everyday life. Through gentle touch along the spine, your nervous system begins to relax and reorganize itself in a more natural way.
