Clarkfield Care Center residents had a wonderful time out on the pontoon with the Let's Go Fishing organization! It was a beautiful day on the water, filled with fresh air, laughter, and great company.

While the fish enjoyed the buffet more than our anglers—only two were caught and safely released—everyone had a memorable time. Thank you to the Let's Go Fishing volunteers for providing such a special outing for our residents! 🎣✨

Clarkfield Care Center residents enjoyed a wonderful afternoon exploring Bramble Park Zoo! From watching playful animals to strolling through the beautiful grounds, there were smiles, laughter, and plenty of great conversations along the way.

Outings like these provide more than just a fun day—they create opportunities for residents to connect with nature, reminisce, learn something new, and make lasting memories together. Thank you to everyone who helped make this adventure such a success. We can't wait for our next outing!

Last week CCC residents were treated to a visit from an adorable 5-month-old filly named Flare! Her sweet personality, curious spirit, and gentle nature brought smiles to everyone she met.

There was plenty of laughter, conversation, and happy memories shared as residents spent time petting and admiring this beautiful young horse. Visits like these aren't just fun—they spark memories, encourage social interaction, and brighten everyone's day.

Reese has been chosen as the Clarkfield Care Center Employee of the Month for July! Reese has continued to grow over the last couple months and consistently goes out of his way to connect with the residents. He is very attentive to their special food requests and makes them feel valued. He is enjoyed and appreciated by the residents here at the CCC.
