🔥Join us for our upcoming 2026 Hot Pilates/HIIT Teacher Training!🔥

Learn how to start teaching Hot Pilates/HIIT confidently.

This course will combine Pilates principles with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) techniques to build a safe, fun, and effective class.

Focus will be placed on:
- Anatomy
- Timing
- Practice teaching
- Effective sequencing
- Modifications
- Movement Labs

Agenda:
2 Weekends
September 12th, 13th, 26th, and 27th
Saturday and Sunday - 1 pm - 6pm

Investment: Early bird rate before September 1st = $599
- $695 after September 1st

Admissions Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- 6 months or more of consistent hot Pilates/hiit attendance.
- A prior fitness, yoga, or personal training certification
- Must attend all dates.

Just added! Join Bob Ruddy every Tuesday at 9:45am.

This class flows at a faster pace and focuses on physical conditioning, alignment, and mindfulness. Similar to our 60 min Hot Power Yoga, but compressed into 45 mins!

Prior experience with heated classes and vinyasa yoga is recommended.

Day 4 of my Teacher Takeover ❤️🌎 — My World

Today is all about the people who mean the most to me ❤️💕

I’ve been with my husband—my best friend forever. We met in high school, started dating in college, and got married in 2003. Somehow we’re celebrating 23 years of marriage already! ❤️

We have two AMAZING kiddos who make me so proud.
✨ Nick (19) is studying Mechanical Engineering at Wilkes University.
✨ Allie (15) is a freshman in high school and keeps life fun and busy!

And of course, I can’t forget another special member of the family—Tuck, our 20+ year-old turtle 🐢❤️

Family is truly my world and my greatest blessing 🌎💕
