We keep classes intentionally uncrowded so you get real attention from experienced, engaged teachers. We focus on one thing: a strong, steady Vinyasa practice you can return to again and again. No chaos, no gimmicks - just well-taught classes that help you build stren

gth, improve mobility, and feel better in your body over time. We also offer Yin, Yoga Fusion, workshops, events, hikes, retreats, and a 200-hour Yoga Alliance-certified teacher training. Start with 8 days of unlimited classes for $25.

When the pose becomes the transition. 🔥

Arm balances aren’t just about holding yourself up. They’re about strength, control, focus, and learning to stay steady while everything is changing.

And sometimes they’re just really fun to play with. 😏

I could watch these two practice all day. ❤️ I love them, I love the energy they bring to New Moon, and I love watching them challenge, encourage and inspire each other and our students.
