Today, we celebrate something truly extraordinary.

We are incredibly proud to be one of only two skilled nursing facilities to receive this prestigious AHCA Award. Even more remarkable, we are the first skilled nursing facility in Washington State to ever earn this incredible honor.

While our facility’s name may be on the award, this recognition truly belongs to our staff. Every nurse, CNA, therapist, housekeeper, dietary team member, hospitality, receptionist, administrator, and every person who walks through our doors each day has played a part in making this possible.

We also want to recognize our incredible management team. Great organizations don’t succeed by chance they succeed because of leaders who inspire, support, mentor, and empower their teams every day. Our managers have worked tirelessly to create a culture of excellence, collaboration, accountability, and compassion. Their dedication and leadership have helped pave the way for this historic achievement, and we are deeply grateful for the role they have played.

Our very own therapy market!

Designed to help residents regain the confidence and skills they’ll need when they return home, our therapy market recreates a real shopping experience. Residents practice everyday tasks like navigating store aisles, reaching for items on high shelves, bending to pick things up from lower shelves, and safely managing the movements they’ll use during everyday shopping trips.

It’s creative, functional, and another example of our therapy team thinking outside the box to make rehabilitation meaningful. We’re so proud of the innovative ways they continue to help our residents build independence and prepare for a successful discharge home! 💙

Our incredible therapy department is always thinking outside the box to find creative ways to help our residents regain their independence. This awesome makeshift “car” is just one example of their innovation and giving residents a safe, hands-on way to practice car transfers and rebuild the confidence and skills they’ll need before heading home.

It’s this kind of dedication, creativity, and passion that makes our therapy team the absolute best. They don’t just help residents recover they help them get back to doing the things that matter most. We couldn’t be more proud of the amazing care they provide every day!
