Today we kicked the summer sessions off with a MELT Method map to benefit the REAL reason we have cellulite...dehydrated connective tissue/ fascia.

I brought some props to demonstrate how inefficient connective tissue allows adipose to expose itself through creating that dimple effect in areas of our skin.

With consistency of MELTing, efficient connective tissue is possible through accumulated benefits! And helps us feel more confident in those summer shorts!☀️

Pic 2- this represents the connective tissue/fascia

Pic 3- this represents efficient, hydrated connective tissue/fascia

Pic 4- this represents when connective tissue/fascia is dehydrated and allows the adipose to sneak through creating a dimple effect
