Is cracking your knuckles actually bad for your joints? 🦴

We snuck in a quick conversation with Levi Jeppson, PA-C, at TriState Orthopedics to ask about his career and clear up a common misconception. Levi gives everyone the green light to crack away! Cracking your knuckles isn't harmful, it's simply pockets of gas releasing from the joint.

Got a question for Levi? Drop it in the comments below, and we might answer yours next! 💬

Put on your pink boots, hat, or shirt, it’s rodeo time!

The Lewiston Roundup is right around the corner, September 9th-12th, and we are proud to be the official sponsor for Friday Night’s Tough Enough To Wear Pink!

For everyone who wears pink on Friday, the Lewiston Roundup will donate $1 to the Northwest Cancer Foundation of Hope and the Gina Quesenberry Foundation.

Let’s pack the arena in pink and support our community together. See you at the roundup!

Some legacies aren’t just built over time—they’re passed down from generation to generation right here at home.

If Kristin and Shannon Wilson sound familiar, it’s because you’ve seen them before in our Local Care. Lifelong Commitment. series. But this time, we’re bringing them together to showcase how a shared passion for service comes full circle.

As TriState Health’s Imaging Supervisor and head CHS softball coach, Kristin spends her days caring for patients and mentoring young athletes. Her father, Shannon, has spent nearly two decades as Athletic Director at Clarkston High School, championing local students and partnering with TriState to keep top-tier health resources right in our schools.

Different workplaces. One shared mission.

From trusted healthcare to local sports, the Wilson family has always relied on TriState Health for their own care. Now, standing side-by-side, Kristin and Shannon reflect on the core values that bind their work and family together: trust, loyalty, and an unwavering commitment to leave this community even stronger than they found it.

Take a few minutes to watch their video and celebrate a true full-circle story of generational care, community partnership, and hometown pride! 🎬

What a weekend at the Down & Dirty Mud Run!

We were honored to be the Title Sponsor for this past weekend’s LC Valley Down and Dirty Mud Run! The event was packed with mud, energy, and many familiar faces from our TriState Family. Nothing beats seeing our community out there having a blast and getting dirty for a great cause!

A special thanks to Greg Obray, PA-C, ATC, and Hailey Bennett, RN, from TriState Orthopedics for being the run's official first aid station. Thank you for keeping us safe and bandaged up when needed!

If you have photos from this weekend, we would love to see them! 📸👇

Meet Levi Jeppson, PA-C, at TriState Orthopedics!

Born and raised right here in Lewiston, Levi is proud to serve the community that gave him so much growing up. His passion for orthopedics took off as a student at Idaho State University during a six-week rotation at the downtown Boise VA Hospital, where he fell in love with helping patients overcome debilitating pain.

For him, the most rewarding part of the job is walking alongside patients through their entire recovery, taking them from their worst days back to their best selves. His goal for every visit is simple: listen closely, explain clearly, and ensure you leave feeling fully supported.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Levi staying active, spending time with his wife and four daughters, and carrying on a family motorcycle-riding tradition that started when he was just seven years old. Watch why it’s important to Levi to bring specialty care home to his community. 🎬
