This carefully designed 90 minute experience gives your body and mind the time they need to shift from "doing" to "being", allowing space for profound rest, reflection, and renewal. We'll begin with a few quiet moments connecting with ourselves through intentional writing. This simple practice helps calm the mind, open the heart, and create space for meaningful experience. You'll then be guided through a peaceful meditation with the rich vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments to wash over you.

Graduation is just around the corner for our YTTs! Join us for free community yoga class led by our teachers in training as they develop their confidence, refine their teaching voice, and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.
Each class may offer a unique style, creative sequencing, and fresh perspective, making every experience a little different.
These classes are part of their continued teaching development and we appreciate your kindness, encouragement, and willingness to be part of their journey.

Another incredible YTT weekend! Our trainees explored prenatal yoga by practicing with empathy using prenatal "baby bellies," refined their hands-on assists, and continued building confidence by teaching one another.

Watching growth and confidence grow each month is such a joy. Community classes are coming soon, and we can't wait for you to experience all of their hard work and dedication. Stay tuned! 🤍

Thank you. Thank you for being such a special place in my heart and life. I am filled with gratitude for each of you. For the times we have met in the lobby or on the mat, for the conversations, for all of the classes and the core work 😵‍💫- please know that every moment is a treasure to me. You are a precious community and I love you! Your love and light shines so brightly. With my hands over my heart- I honor you. Namaste. ❤️

💛 A Bittersweet Goodbye to Kim 💛

Kim has been with HH since day one, helping shape our community from the ground up. Her high energy on the mat is contagious, and let's be honest — nobody folds a blanket quite like Kim (you know the precision we're talking about 😄).

Kim and her husband Chris are heading off to Arizona for an exciting new job opportunity, and while we are SO happy for this next chapter for them, we're going to miss her more than words can say.

NEXT WEEK IS KIMS LAST WEEK teaching with us — so if you've been meaning to get to one of her classes, this is your moment. Come practice with her, give her a hug, and help us send her off the way she deserves.

Thank you, Kim, for everything you've poured into this community. Arizona is lucky to have you. 💛
