I wanted to start this month off with “Talking About It”. Let’s face it, there are so many people hurting and wanting to share their stories but have no outlet/platform to do so. Let’s change the narrative of hiding behind fake smiles when it comes down to Mental Health. I believe we can start by taking off the mask and sharing our true feelings/fears/emotions. I’m here..Eternally Connected-“Let’s Talk About It” is available 24hours a day 7days a week for support. I’m accepting emails(strictly confidential)and going “Live” as well to discuss current issues and concerns in reference to Mental Health. Together we can break the cycle of pretending to be okay when we’re really not okay..

My heart is so grateful. I sit and marvel over the fact that I am still here..I made it. Thank you God thank you Jesus. It wasn’t my time. That accident stirred a lot up in me. Im really just wanting to love harder, live life more, and be better. I miss my Mama so much and it hurts going thru this experience not being able to talk to her about it. I just wanna be happy, I just want to be successful, but most of all I’m Just Happy To Be Here💪🏾💯♥️

Truth: I’m still mourning/grieving the passing of my Mama, however the God I serve won’t allow me to look like what I’m going through🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 Who can relate???
