Thank you from the Opportunity Therapy Team to those who stopped in to our Open House in Clarksville this afternoon! We appreciate YOU and each and every patient we have been able to work with through our 15 years providing healthcare right here in Clarksville!

We also appreciate the continued community support from all of Butler County, and would like to remind everyone that it is YOUR choice where you go for physical therapy! And, we want you to choose us! We accept all major insurances, and most insurances now do not need referrals from a doctor. We also verify your insurance and complete the necessary prior authorization for visits, so there are no surprises financially. We bill as an outpatient therapy clinic, which many times makes your insurance benefits work better for you vs hospital based clinics. We do have professional cash based services available as well, including dry needling!!

We see a variety of patients, including:
-Pain: acute, subacute, or chronic
-Balance Problems and Decreasing Fall Risk
-Total Joint Replacement
-Post Op Care/ Orthopedic Rehabilitation, including Rotator Cuff, Achilles, or other tendon repairs, ACL and other ligament repairs and everything in between
-Urinary or f***l incontinence or prolapse
-Dizziness and Vestibular dysfunction
-Headache
-Overuse injuries, sprains, and strains
-Gait and/or posture assessment and correction
-Sports injury and concussion, including return to play decisions
-Worker’s compensation
-Hand and Upper extremity conditions
-Sub-acute CVA, TBI, or other neurological conditions
-Chronic diseases and their sequela, such as MS, Parkinson’s, etc.

Maddy completed her graduate studies at Des Moines University in December and successfully passed her licensure exam in January! Maddy and her fiancé, Kanan, currently live in Waverly and are getting married later this year! Welcome, Maddy!!
