We’re celebrating Environmental Services Week and making sure our amazing housekeeping team feels the love! ❤️

We celebrated them on Monday with homemade breakfast. Yesterday, we joined in with Rehab’s fun and had a fiesta! Today our team had a special lunch, cooked by Miguel, and are enjoying sweet treats. 🍳🌮🍬

We’re so thankful for everything our EVS team does each day to keep our facility clean, comfortable, and welcoming for everyone! 😊

Today, we had the privilege of visiting our local fire department, EMS, and police department to show our appreciation for those who serve our community every day. 🇺🇸

On behalf of our residents and Ahava Healthcare, we delivered water, snack baskets, and yellow roses as a small token of gratitude for their service, courage, and sacrifice.

On this day of remembrance, we are especially grateful for the first responders who answer the call when we need them most. Thank you for all you do! 💛🚒🚑🚓

We’ve been keeping busy with a wonderful mix of activities! From praise and worship with St. Bethlehem Church and karaoke to learning the history behind the teddy bear, there’s been something for everyone. 🧸🎶

Residents also enjoyed a little wellness and pampering with facials and fresh fruit, along with plenty of time spent playing games together. 🤗🧖‍♀️🍊

There’s been a little bit of everything happening around here!

Pet Therapy brought plenty of comfort and companionship with our stuffed animal friends, then residents put the finishing touches on special projects to share with our volunteers on Patriot Day. 🐾🇺🇸

We turned up the energy with Dramatic Drumming, jamming to the beat and making some music of our own! Minute to Win It put our hand-eye coordination to the test as residents raced to match the correct color sequence. 🥁⏱️

During ReNEW You with Therapy, residents got moving with Noodle Ball, Beach Ball Pass, and High 5 Ball Swat! Then we slowed things down with Creative Sachets, exploring the scents of dried flowers and essential oils before creating personalized sachets to enjoy. Residents also worked their hands and creativity with Play-Doh, played Card Bingo, and relaxed to music with Dwight. 🤗

And a big congratulations to Diane, who was selected as our August Shining Star! We’re so happy to celebrate her! 🤩👏🏽❤️
