Once again, it’s that bittersweet time of year, when friends come and go. While it never gets easier, we continue to remind ourselves how great it was to be a part of other’s lives, if even for just a little while.

It’s often bittersweet as some of our familiar faces complete their degrees and venture out to further their career.

While we are obviously biased and sometimes selfishly think everyone should stay in ABA, we know for some, we are just stepping stones.

All we can do is cheer for those providers on their journey…

Today, we say goodbye to Emmy and wish her all the best in her new job!

One of the hardest parts of this field is saying goodbye to those who are off to new adventures and experiences. While we all hate the change and the goodbyes, we love sending parts of our H3 family out into the world to do amazing things and cheering them on as they go!
