Important update from Elite Primary Care

Earlier today, our office experienced an unexpected accident when a vehicle struck the front entrance of our building. Thankfully, no patients or staff were seriously injured.

For everyone’s safety and in compliance with city building codes, we closed the office for the remainder of today while the damage was assessed.

We are pleased to share that we expect to reopen tomorrow and resume normal business hours. We appreciate the quick response from our local first responders, city officials, and everyone who has reached out with prayers and concern.

In observance of Juneteenth, Elite Primary Care will be closed today, Friday, June 19.

Today we honor the significance of Juneteenth and reflect on the enduring values of freedom, equality, and hope.

Our office will resume normal business hours on Monday. If you have a medical emergency while we are closed, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. For urgent medical concerns that cannot wait until we reopen, please contact our after-hours provider.
