👶🍑 Diaper Derby Fun at the Peach Festival! 🍑👶

On July 17, 2026, the Johnson County Board of REALTORS® was proud to host our annual Diaper Derby during the Peach Festival! This has become one of our favorite traditions, and we always look forward to seeing the smiles, laughter, and excitement it brings to our community.

A heartfelt thank you to all of the families and little participants who came out and helped make this year’s event another success. Your enthusiasm is what keeps this fun tradition going year after year!

Congratulations to all of our Diaper Derby winners! 🎉 We hope everyone had a wonderful time, and we can’t wait to see you again next year.

On July 15, 2026, the JCBOR held its July General Board Meeting at Kasper’s in Clarksville. We extend our sincere appreciation to Thurlo Cobb and Charles Tatum with Primerica Mortgage for generously sponsoring the meeting.

Thurlo and Charles provided our membership with valuable information about the services Primerica Mortgage offers to the public and took the time to answer questions from attendees. Their willingness to share their knowledge and support our association is truly appreciated.

Great turnout at our April General Board Meeting this past Wednesday!

We gathered at the beautiful Clarksville Country Club and enjoyed a delicious meal catered by Heather’s Table and Catering—thank you for taking such great care of us!

A special thank you to our Affiliate speaker, Rick Davis Achosa Home Warranty, for sharing valuable insights and information with our members. If you’d like additional information regarding his services, feel free to reach out to him.
