Most roads & driveways
are still in bad shape, therefore we will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, January 27. Hopefully, the warmer temperatures & sunshine along with road crews will help clear the roads for safe travel for our employees & patients for us to be open on Wednesday. Thank you for your understanding, we will take care of your needs when we return asap.

Family Practice Associates will be closing at noon today, Tuesday, February 18th and all day Wednesday, February 19th, to allow our employees sufficient time to travel home and stay safe during this winter storm. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We plan to open Thursday morning normal business hours. If we have changes, regarding opening Thursday, the 20th, we will post on this site.
