Just a little studio love today. 🤎

In case you’ve been wondering what’s happening at Misfit… we’re here, we’re growing, and we’re still making this little space feel like home.

Come see us. Roll out your mat. Take a breath. Stay awhile.

We’d love to see you. ✨

Your mat is waiting.

When you need time for yourself, plan time for yourself, it’s not going to find you.

You have to plan your better.
You have to initiate the healing, even if it’s a small step.
There is no quick answer, just time and quiet space to give your nervous system the opportunity to reset.

10/07/2026

We just love hearing from you! It’s the little things that matter and your positive words mean a lot to us!
Thank you for bringing your light into our community, it’s a beautiful feeling with you here.
See you at Christmas Nick 🇵🇱

✨ A little something extra for your nervous system. ✨

We’re adding a POP-UP SOUND BATH at Misfit Yoga this weekend. 🕯️

No big plans. No pressure. Just come lay down, breathe, listen, and let yourself completely exhale.

Think: soft lighting, healing vibrations, stillness + an hour where nobody needs anything from you. 🤍

If you’ve been feeling a little “I need a minute…” — this is your minute.

🌀 POP-UP SOUND BATH
📍 Misfit Yoga
📅 This weekend—- Saturday October 10
⏰ 6:00-7:30pm

The little things. 🤍

Closing up the studio.
Folding the blankets.
Watering the flowers.
Turning off the lights.

It’s the quiet moments after everyone leaves that remind me how much I love this little place we’ve created together.

Misfit isn’t just a yoga studio. It’s a space to exhale, reconnect, laugh, sweat, rest, and feel a little more like yourself.

And tomorrow, we get to do it all over again. 🌿

Come practice with us.
You’re always welcome here. 🫶
