You know those moments you wish you could bottle up and come back to later? This was one of those. Even with real life waiting for us…kids to pick up, meetings to get to…this felt like a little pocket of time where everything just clicked…fresh air, real conversations about women’s wellness, and the kind of laughter that sneaks up on you and stays awhile ❤️

Fun fact: studies show that being outdoors, even just for an hour, can boost mood, creativity, and connection. But honestly, I think it’s the people you’re with that make the real difference.

This table held more than mocktails…it held the kind of real laughs that make your face hurt, stories you didn’t plan to tell, and those “remember when…”moments being created in real time. The kind you replay later and smile about for no reason.

Also…can we talk about the unexpected guest stealing the spotlight halfway down the table? 🐾😂

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is relax with the right people in the right place.
