Join us July 17th 6:00 pm for a Group Reiki Session at Yonah Yoga
Hey y’all, we are super stoked about this event coming up!
We have a guest teacher, Robin Workman, coming to facilitate a group reiki session at the studio. You can expect a chill & down to earth experience with reiki. Whether it’s your first time, or you’ve had sessions before this will be a sweet & welcoming group setting.
Robin will begin by :
- sharing what reiki is
-what to expect during the session
-how the evening will unfold
You’ll be guided through a 20-30 minute session with time to chat about your experience afterwards. No experience needed 🤗
When : Friday, July 17tg
Time : 6P (approx. 60-75 minutes)
Where : Yonah Yoga
Investment : $30 Non-Members | $20 Members
What to Bring
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that will help you relax while seated or lying down, such as:
-Yoga mat
-Blanket
-Pillow or bolster
-Eye pillow (optional)
* we also have everything at the studio that you may need.
What You’ll Leave With
Come as you are. Leave feeling a little more grounded, a little more peaceful, and a little more connected to yourself.
