I had many interested last time if it was moved to an evening, so here it is! A process oriented SE group!
Are you wanting to go deeper with the work you have been doing? Have you heard of Somatic Experiencing/Therapy but unsure where to begin? Do you have a desire to connect more toyourself with others? If you answered yes, this group is for you. This is a 6-week process-oriented group where participants will learn how to practice embodiment while connecting to others.Participants will be given the chance to process current and past issues in a more embodied way.The group will max at 8 people.

Start Date: February 7, 2024
Time: Wednesdays from 5-6:30pm
Cost: $60 per group or $340 if you pay upfront for all groups (a savings of $20)
