The pain cycle is real! While many fear working through the pain of an injury, the alternative can be more debilitating on you physically and mentally .

Break the Pain Cycle Sessions
4 2 hour sessions (1.5 Massage & 1/2 hour of the Roll Method)
Package Cost: $950 (Used within 2 weeks) Includes roll method kit.
8 2 hour sessions (1.5 Massage & 1/2 hour of the Roll Method)
Package cost $1650 (Used within 3 weeks) Includes roll method kit.
These sessions are tow be used within 2-3 weeks. Close together to ensure myofascial is continued to be released. Package will expire after then. The roll method is a great way to continue work at home
