Today has been such an uplifting and insightful day. 🤍
It was an honor to host a continuing education class at the studio for myself and seven other therapists. Ten therapists came together, sharing our experiences, knowledge, and personal understanding of grief—and learning from one another how to become a more informed and compassionate source of comfort for those navigating loss.
I’m incredibly thankful for what I learned today and for the opportunity to bring that knowledge, understanding, and compassion back to all of you.
What a beautiful reminder that there is always more to learn, and that sharing our experiences can help us better serve others. 🤍

Just a heads up for online schedule and gift certificate sales; my site is down currently due to operator error. She’s a massage minded person and not so tech savvy 😜

Until it’s up and going again: use the less fancy site

Thank you for your patience and understanding 🤗

Let’s talk pressure together. I’ve received elbow deep pressure that feels horrible and leaves me sore; however, I’ve also received deep pressure that relieved tension and left me mobile. Tell me about what pressure feels like 👍🏻 what is your body feeling when it’s the ‘right’ depth.
Comment below and thank you for sharing!
