🍂 Fall Fest – Friday, September 25 from 4–7 PM
Bring the whole family for an evening of Fall fun featuring food trucks, live music by Joe Crispell, Walter’s Funny Farm petting zoo, and more!

In celebration of National Grandparents Day, we held a special brunch for our residents! Every resident—grandparent or not—was treated to a delicious meal and received a special little “Pocket Hug” as a reminder of just how much they are loved. 🫶
Because being a grandparent isn’t always about blood—it’s about loving, caring, nurturing, and making a difference in the lives of others. And we know so many of our beautiful residents have spent a lifetime doing just that. 🥰
Today was a celebration of ALL of our residents and the love, wisdom, kindness, and memories they bring to our CCC family every day.
Happy National Grandparents Day to all of our wonderful residents! You are loved more than you know! 👵👴💕

We're set up at Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield 1300 Leonard Street today (Sunday) until 4. Come get your hoagies for Sunday football! Open to the public

We were so excited to welcome The Painting Broad to Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield for a fun-filled Sip N Craft! 🎨💙
Residents, families, and friends came together to try something new and create beautiful Pennsylvania-inspired resin craft. There was plenty of creativity, laughter, and a whole lot of fun as everyone learned the process of working with resin! 🖌️✨
We love bringing our residents, families, and community together for experiences that are not only creative, but create wonderful memories along the way. ❤️
