A few tips: Keep hydrated, wear lightweight and breathable clothing, prop up feet and legs as needed, apply ice or cool cloth to back of neck, run cold water on insides of wrists, and keep yourself and your children and pets out of the direct sun when possible.

Check out Market Street Yoga! I was recently perusing their calendar and saw classes offered for all levels...right here in Clearfield, next to the Ritz. I've heard great things about it! Mindfulness, being centered, and staying limber--all good practices for both mental and physical health.

Hello! I need your help...ISO old photos of the outside (or inside) of my property here at 213 N. 2nd St., Clearfield. It has been a home, a physician's office, a law office, etc. before being the site of Finn Chiropractic. It was built in the late 1800's and to date, I have found very few old or historical photos featuring this building. I'd love to have more if anyone has any to share! Thank you.
