“There are no studies showing Whole-Body EMS is that efficient.”

Really? 👀

One study compared:

⚡ 20 min/week of Whole-Body EMS
vs.
🏋️ 120 min/week of traditional resistance training

After 10 weeks:

Squat strength: +36% EMS vs +34% resistance training

Curl strength: +42% vs +33%

Plank performance: +103% vs +65%

The EMS group showed numerically greater improvements on every performance test measured, using 1/6 of the weekly training time.

And before you say, “That’s just one study”…

A meta-analysis of 26 controlled studies involving 1,183 participants found statistically significant effects of WB-EMS on:

✓ Muscle mass
✓ Strength
✓ Power
✓ Body fat

Does traditional resistance training work?

Absolutely.

That’s not the argument.

The argument is EFFICIENCY.
