You’re functioning. You’re getting things done. You’re showing up for work, your family, your relationships, and everything that needs you.

But underneath all of that, you’re tired.

Maybe your mind won’t shut off while lying in bed. Your body always feels tense. Your body aches. You’re overwhelmed by things that normally wouldn’t bother you.
You feel disconnected, shut down, anxious, emotional, or just off.
Maybe you’ve done a lot of work on yourself, but there are still things your body seems to hold onto. Talk therapy is extremely beneficial, but sometimes my clients come to me because they need something new to try. They are done talking and need a new approach, a new modality.

Sometimes you need a safe space to slow down, breathe, move, release, ground, and actually feel what’s happening in your body.

That’s what these sessions are for.🤍

My 90 minute sessions are individualized to what you need that day and may include somatic practices, nervous system regulation, breathwork, mindfulness, Reiki, movement, grounding, and coaching. It’s gentle on the body but it also can be deep, powerful work.

I’m also excited to announce I am now offering 90 minute couples sessions for partners who want support slowing down, reconnecting, communicating, and learning how to regulate with each other instead of always trying to figure everything out separately.

Today I got to hold space three different times, for three different people. And this is the kind of work that reminds me why I keep building. I love 1:1 work because I get to help my clients at a deeper level, peeling away layers, and guiding them to feel more like themselves again. I meet my client’s nervous system where it is that day and build the session from there.
