The movement for disability-inclusive rural healthcare is growing.

We're proud to spotlight the organizations that have joined the movement and are advocating for the inclusion of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in state Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) planning.

Together, we're working to ensure people with IDD are part of conversations around prevention, workforce development, health technology, and equitable access to care in rural communities.

Has your organization joined the movement?

Visit https://hubs.ly/Q04r81XT0 to learn more, access free advocacy resources, and add your organization's support.

Together, we can help build a healthier, more inclusive future for rural communities.

We collect so much data on the people we support - but are we actually using it properly? 📊

Daleigh Tallent, MSN, RN, CDDN, and Clinical Director of IntellectAbility, puts it plainly: there is a real danger in letting the data inside sit unused while warning signs go unnoticed.

On the latest IDD Perspectives webinar, Daleigh and Dr. Craig Escudé dive into how caregivers and clinicians can turn the information they've already gathered into real, life-saving action for people with IDD.
