Tonight is a Blue Full Moon
A Blue Full Moon is already a powerful amplification point—emotion, intuition, release, and clarity tend to feel louder under it. You don’t need anything complicated. The simpler the ritual, the more space you leave for your own energy to lead.
Here are some easy, meaningful options you can do in a very grounded way:
🌕 1. Moonlight Release (Letting Go Ritual)
Write down anything you’re ready to release—thoughts, habits, relationships, fears, patterns.
Then:
* Read it once out loud
* Say: *“I release what no longer belongs in my energy.”*
* Tear the paper up or safely burn it (if possible), or simply fold it and place it under a glass of water overnight.
This works especially well on a Blue Moon because it’s about emotional clearing on a deeper layer.

🌕 2. Water Charging Intention Ritual
Water is highly receptive during lunar energy.
* Place a glass or bowl of water where moonlight can touch it
* Put your hands near it (or over it)
* Set one clear intention like: *clarity, love, healing, direction*
* Say: *“I infuse this water with my intention under this Blue Moon.”*
Drink it the next morning slowly and intentionally.

🌕 3. Candle + One Truth Ritual
Light a candle and sit quietly for a few minutes.
Then ask yourself:
* “What truth have I been avoiding?”
* Let the answer come without forcing it
Write whatever comes through—even if it surprises you.
Blow out the candle and say: *“I am willing to see clearly.”*

🌕 4. Barefoot Grounding + Moon Connection
If you can go outside:
* Stand barefoot on the earth
* Look up at the moon
* Breathe slowly for 3–5 minutes
* Imagine anything heavy in you sinking into the ground
* Imagine moonlight gently filling your body
This is less ritual, more energetic reset.

🌕 5. “Blue Moon Bonus Intention”
Because a Blue Moon is rare, it’s often used for something *extra specific*:
Write one sentence:
* “In this rare moment, I choose to…”
Examples: heal, begin again, forgive, trust myself, open my intuition
Keep it somewhere you’ll see it.
