Caring for someone you love can be one of the most meaningful things you do — but it can also become emotionally and physically exhausting.
Many family caregivers spend so much time making sure everyone else is okay that they forget to care for themselves too. Caregiver burnout can look like exhaustion, stress, anxiety, trouble sleeping, or simply feeling overwhelmed trying to handle everything alone.
Asking for help is not giving up. Sometimes even a few hours of support can make a huge difference for both the caregiver and their loved one.
At Mallory's care and comfort I provide compassionate non-medical private duty care tailored to each client’s individual needs. I have experience supporting clients with companionship needs, dementia care, total care assistance, and end-of-life/hospice support while helping families feel comforted and at ease during every stage of care.
Whether it’s assistance with daily routines, respite care, meal preparation, emotional support, or simply providing a comforting presence, my goal is to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and cared for at home.
You do not have to carry everything on your own!💖
