I know it’s a million degrees still in Florida, but it’s September, & I am ready for sweater weather 🪷

Bring on all the Harry Potter marathons, apple c***r, crunching leaves, fireplaces crackling, and leaving the windows & doors open until it’s bedtime 🍁🪷

I’m sure the perimeno/meno ladies will be excited to not feel on fire constantly, as the temps get cooler! 🪷

Don’t let anyone tell you there’s nothing you can do about elevated thyroid antibodies 🪷

I encourage you to interview your prospective health partner on their approach -

🪷Are they available within days of a concern or months?
🪷Do they check the full thyroid cascade? (Not just TSH, free t4)
🪷Do they look at insulin?
🪷Are they looking at your nutrition?
🪷Are they decreasing inflammation?
🪷Most importantly, are they leading by example?!

If the answer is NO, then these are huge 🚩🚩🚩🚩
