Bright Care Medical Group is looking for a motivated, compassionate, and reliable Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to join our growing team!
✨ Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience required
• Medical Assistant experience preferred
• Bilingual English & Spanish
• Excellent patient care and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced medical office
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude
• Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems preferred
• Phlebotomy and specimen collection experience
💼 What You’ll Do:
• Perform venipuncture and collect laboratory specimens
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• Obtain and document vital signs
• Assist providers with patient care
• Perform EKGs and other clinical procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Prepare exam rooms and medical supplies
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and office safety protocols
• Provide compassionate and professional patient care
