What are you ready to carry forward, and what are you ready to leave behind?

As summer gives way to fall, the equinox reminds us that transition does not always require pushing forward. Sometimes it asks us to pause long enough to recognize what has changed.

This special evening will invite you into ceremony and connection through cacao, journaling, meditation, and community.

We will complete the experience surrounded by sound, either floating in the pool or settling in poolside, giving the body and mind time to soften, integrate, and receive.

The Fall Equinox offers a natural moment to ask that question.

With day and night held in near-equal measure, the equinox has long symbolized balance, transition, reflection, and the turning of one season into another.

Our evening at Silhouette Island Sanctuary will create space to explore those themes through cacao ceremony, intentional journaling, meditation, and meaningful community.

We will end together in an immersive sound meditation, with the option to experience it floating in the pool or relaxing poolside, allowing ourselves to simply receive.

You’ll create your own 108-bead mala, learn the meaning behind it and how to use it, then bring it into practice through mudra, mantra, and meditation. 🧘🏼‍♀️

There is something powerful about gathering with intention.

During our Fall Equinox Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath, cacao becomes part of a larger experience of slowing down, connecting inward, and honoring the transition into a new season.

Through ceremony, journaling, meditation, and community, we will explore what this seasonal threshold is inviting us to acknowledge, appreciate, and release.

Then we will settle into sound meditation, either floating in the pool or relaxing poolside, creating space to integrate and seal the experience with rest, stillness, and presence.
