and - whether physical or mental, - is always a constant state of adjustment as well as a skill to create ease and strength in one’s nervous system. Reaffirming while staying open to the possibility of change, even a chance of complete restructuring for something deeper, more integrated, possibly wiser. - In the midst of real life, time and traumatic events it is a real practice keep one’s fire lit up.

No one gets progress or recovery for free. It is a decision and commitment to show up for one’s dreams, whatever they may be. Over and over again. I’m here with my operated hip still showing up for myself for everything I just might be or become. Because I’m ever curious to see what may yet come if I’m not the one to stop me.

for every day I get to breathe, to be and to experience more of this life. My thoughts always flow towards gratitude for the wonderful and wise people who have share their experience in the walks of life I’ve taken alongside with them. My teachers. They’re always with me in my heart and in my actions even if many of them are no longer in this world in the form I met them.
Thank you to all teachers out there. I count everyone I meet as one of them.
It’s tomorrow

Practice with me! I’m more of a practice companion than anything else, but I love to share everything I have ever learnt.

Tuesday of with vinyasa transitions and a little extension in the exit.
The jump through vinyasa is often replaced with a step into the seated position as the jump after a deeper back bend can feel rather sensitive. However, one adapts. And the dynamic range of movement can be made more accessible with regular practice.

This also concludes my little project of filming (and posting) the full advanced series A more systematically one asana at a time as it was taught to me. I still have few videos to go with the intermedia series on mondays. And then I suppose I’ll go on with the fourth series.

Yoga practice is so much more than just the asana, it’s a life companion and a gateway for exploring life as a living being, traveling through time and transitions. Observing and acting, learning to form better questions; choosing habits that nourish rather than diminish.

To practice with me keep an eye on this space! I’m planning my next adventures in Europe and elsewhere.
Come and start where you are.

Monday morning on my mat for of the of as it is with the vinyasa transitions with
Gomukhasana in Ashtanga yoga is a curious combination - like so many of the asana are in their myriad ways - of creating steady balance stillness in order to be able to let is space and freedom for the movement. Not spectacular, but deep inwards.
