The Burton D. Morgan Foundation featured Options Naturopathic in its Entrepreneur Spotlight this month, and I'm grateful for it.
The conversation made me name what's been hardest about growing this practice: translating a personalized, intellectually rich body of work into systems a team can deliver. That has meant documenting our processes, investing in leadership development, and being honest about where my energy actually belongs.
Much of that clarity came from programs run through the Foundation's partnership with the Edward Lowe Foundation. The Leadership and Entrepreneur-in-Residence Retreats at Big Rock Valley, and the Operating Systems Retreat on the Visionary and Integrator relationship, gave me the space to slow down and build correctly.
Options Naturopathic helps people understand the root causes of illness and restore health through the healing power of nature, across the full lifespan. The next twelve months are about strengthening cash flow and operational infrastructure, launching a membership and education platform, and finishing my book, Source Medicine.
