Grief doesn’t always look like crying.

Sometimes grief looks like exhaustion, forgetfulness, irritability, silence, or simply trying to make it through the day without falling apart.

Be patient with yourself and with those who are grieving. Healing is not a straight line, and there is no deadline for learning how to live with loss.
