Mindfulness isn't always what you think. It doesn't have to mean you're meditating in the corner of your room with white noise on in the background. You can actually incorporate mindfulness into everyday activities you already enjoy. Painting, cooking, exercising - the list goes on and on! As long as you are taking the moment to intentionally slow down and pay attention to what you're thinking and feeling in that moment, you're practicing mindfulness!
