The Long Term Care Facility at Bolivar Medical Center provides a comprehensive, coordinated, multi-disciplinary program designed to help each resident meet and/or maintain their highest practical level of physical, mental and psycho-social well being.

Attention all Long Term Care visitors and guests:

In efforts to provide a safe and secure environment for the residents, visitors and employees the following visitor policy is and has been in place and is being strictly followed:

There are no restrictions on age, number of visitors , or time of day for visitors going to Long Term Care

All visitors must follow the Bolivar Medical Center visitation policy and enter using the front door of the hospital between the hours of 7:00am and 8:15pm.

After 8:15pm visitors to LTC will be required to enter and exit through the Emergency Department.

Any visitor requiring assistance may ask the front desk to call LTC and a staff member will be glad to come down and assist.

Thank you for helping us keep our residents and staff safe!

Today Long Term Care celebrated Thelma Hallman’s 41 years of service to Bolivar Medical Center. She started here as a CNA in 1985 and worked as a CNA while finishing her degree and becoming an LPN. She worked in many areas of the hospital but almost 30 of her years have been in the hallways of LTC! Thelma is loved and appreciated by residents, families and staff and will be missed when she retires in a few months. Happy anniversary Thelma! ❤️
