We were so happy to have Mary Morgan Tharp and Sarah Makamson from Trio Counseling and Consulting come speak with us today as part of their “Be Bold for Mental Health” community outreach.

Mary Morgan spoke to us about work/life balance. We were very thankful for the educational opportunity and plan to use what we learned in our personal and professional lives.
