We have the following opening for Full Time:
* RN Case Manager to complete weekly skilled home visits, recertification's, resumptions, and new patient start of cares.
* Approx. 25 visits/week.

Part time positions also available.

Pay is per visit. Salary positions are negotiable.

Requirements:
* Home Health experience preferred, not required. Will train the right candidates.
* Valid Licensure and ability to practice unencumbered in the State of Ohio.

* TB Test within 1 year
* CPR/First Aid Certification (Classes available in office)
