I wanted to pop in and check in with everyone 🥰 It’s hard to believe that fall has passed and we’re now in the Christmas season! How did time go by so quickly?! Somehow my tiny bean has grown into a beautiful 8 month old (these photos were taken last month, she’s somehow grown even more since! 🥹). I hope you are all doing well! Now for some skin-themed reminders for this season! Remember to up your fluids this time of year, use a humidifier in your bedroom (and at your desk at work, if allowed!), be mindful of sugar intake (I say this while nibbling on a cider doughnut 🤣), don’t take lava hot showers since they’ll strip your skin, and to use heavier moisturizer to help rehydrate and protect your skin barrier 💦
