These classes are offered once a month and are designed specifically for homeschool families, focusing on movement, coordination, confidence, and connection.

All-Girls “Wisdom & Workout” Class — Starting January 2026
Every Sunday at 4:00 PM • Ages 12–18 • Drop-In Style

This weekly drop-in class is designed to help young ladies build confidence, strengthen their mindset, and develop emotional intelligence. Each session includes conditioning, strength training, agility work, and practical mindset lessons in a supportive environment.
