We at the FEAR Institute strive to help individuals who suffer from anxiety disorders and learn more about factors which contribute to the development and maintenance of anxiety symptoms. We work with children, adolescents and adults and focus on such topics as family interactions, intolerance of uncertainty, sociocultural factors, and emotion regulation. We are interested in experiences of indivi

duals from all ethnicities, races, socioeconomic backgrounds, religious backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender expressions. We also hope that our work related to anxiety disorders improves the lives of individuals who have suffered from these disorders and increases awareness and understanding of factors underlying anxiety disorders. If you suffer from an anxiety disorder or excessive stress or are interested in learning more about anxiety symptoms, you have come to the right place!
