Medicare Bridge Program
WHO: Those enrolled in Medicare part D
WHAT: These patients will get access to Wegovy injection, Wegovy pill, Zepbound and Foundayo for $50 after the approval of a prior authorization and all requirements met
BMI greater than or equal to 35 or BMI greater than or equal to 30+ one comorbidity (uncontrolled hypertension, chronic kidney disease stage 3a or higher or heart failure with a preserved ejection fraction) or BMI greater than equal to 27 + 1 or more comorbidities (prediabetes,history of heart attack, history of stroke or symptomatic peripheral artery disease)
WHEN: Effective July 1st
