There is something incredibly healing about taking your shoes off, placing your feet on the Earth, and simply being present.

Grounding (also called earthing) is the practice of reconnecting with nature. Whether you’re standing barefoot in the grass or embracing a tree, you’re giving yourself permission to slow down, breathe, and recharge.

Trees have a calm, steady energy. They remind us to stay rooted while continuing to grow. As you lean against a tree, take a deep breath and imagine releasing stress, worry, and heaviness into the Earth while welcoming in peace, strength, and positive energy.
