Now hiring: Charge Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg (FT Days)

Ready to lead with confidence while making a difference in patient care? Goodall-Witcher Healthcare is seeking a full-time Charge Nurse (RN) for our Medical/Surgical Unit in Clifton, TX.

Shift: Days | Full-Time

In this role, you will:
✔️ Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care
✔️ Supervise and support nursing staff on the unit
✔️ Coordinate supplies, equipment, and daily operations
✔️ Collaborate with physicians and other departments to ensure quality care
✔️ Foster teamwork and a positive patient care environment

This position plays an important role in guiding clinical care and supporting the success of the Med/Surg team.

We're looking for a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current Texas RN license. A nursing degree is preferred. Candidates should have 3–5 years of hospital experience, with charge nurse experience preferred. ACLS and BLS certifications are required.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to meet the physical demands of patient care.

Now hiring: Certified Surgical Tech

Be part of the team that helps make every procedure safe, efficient, and successful. Goodall-Witcher Healthcare is seeking a full-time Certified Surgical Tech to join our Surgical Services team in Clifton, TX.

Full-Time | Clifton, TX

In this role, you will:
✔️ Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures
✔️ Sterilize and organize surgical instruments and equipment
✔️ Assist surgeons and the surgical team during procedures
✔️ Support patient care before, during, and after surgery
✔️ Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient surgical environment

We're looking for a graduate of an accredited Certified Surgical Tech program (or equivalent qualifying experience) with a current Certified Surgical Technician (CST) credential. One year of surgical services experience is preferred. CPR certification is required, and ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications are preferred.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Take a look at what’s being served in the café this week! Enjoy chicken spaghetti and spaghetti with meat sauce on Monday, taco bowls and crispitos on Tuesday, pork loin and pot roast on Wednesday, our popular Shrimp Boil Thursday, and fried catfish and chicken tenders on Friday. Fresh salads, daily sides, and deli favorites are also available throughout the week.

As part of our Shrimp Boil Thursdays, lunch will feature 1 lb of shrimp for $10, or a full plate with corn, sausage, egg, and potato for $15. The Shrimp Boil is available during lunch while supplies last.

Café Hours
• Breakfast: 7:00–9:00 AM
• Lunch: 11:00 AM–1:00 PM

The café is located between the Clifton Medical Clinic and the Hospital. Parking is available by the Clinic, with entry near the picnic tables.
