Honored to be invited to participate in the inaugrial NYC nerve course focused on extremity and breast/chest reinervation. Thanks to Dr Agrawal and Dr Grifer for putting together a fabulous program and bringing together plastic surgery residents from the tri state area for education, exchange and fun!

A Special Thanks to Dr Kerri Woodberry for a spectacular day as PSF Visiting Professor at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. From a fun dinner last night, to an excellent review of the evolution of panniculectomy surgery to the Department of Surgery, followed by a breakaway morning with just the plastic surgery division to delve in-depth at the changing face of leadership and how to develop our next generation of leaders. This simulated a lively discussion about inclusion, diversity, career options, bouncing between academia and private practice and hybrid models in between and finally brainstorming on where we go from here. The future is looking great!
