Hey!!

This weekend, we're gathering for something a little special -- and a little spontaneous.

We're hosting an impromptu Coffee & Connection (outside of our regular schedule) on Saturday, May 23rd @ 8am. If you've been craving meaning connection, this space is for you!

Join us for a relaxed morning where women can slow down, share real conversation, and build genuine community. Whether you come feeling full or a little empty, hopeful or just curious -- you are welcome exactly as you are.

We all know how overwhelmed and overstimulated we can get at times! Here are 3 quick REALISTIC ways to calm your nervous system in under two minutes! Even while holding your baby!

🩷Slow "Exhale-Longer-Than-Inhale" Breathing
*A longer exhale tells your body you're safe and helps shift you out of stress mode!
*Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds, exhale slowly through your mouth for 6-8
seconds. Repeat for 1-2 minutes.
*If you are holding your baby, try matching your baby's rhythm, rocking or breathing,
to make it feel natural.

🩷Group Through Gentle Sensory Awareness
*This will bring you out of spiraling thought and back into the present moment.
*Notice 3 things you can feel. Notice 2 things you can hear. Notice 1 thing you can
see.
*This can especially be helpful during anxious overthinking or intrusive thoughts.

🩷Calm Reassurance Phrase
*Your nervous system responds to safety signals - even your own voice.
*Whisper or think: "I'm safe. My baby is safe. This moment with pass." or "Northing is
wrong right now."
*As you say it, slightly relax your shoulders. Soften your jaw. Let your body "drop" a
little.
