One of the best ways to prevent heat illness is to stay hydrated. Drink water throughout the day. Avoid soft drinks, energy drinks and alcohol. Eating foods high in water content like oranges, grapefruits, melons, celery, cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuces help you stay hydrated as well. Stay indoors whenever possible.

The weather conditions this week are dangerous.
Pay attention to these symptoms in yourself and others.
